Smiro endeavors to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. However, if the customer chooses to return the product, we accept returns under the following conditions
• Returns are not accepted on deeply discounted products.
• Products other than apparel category will be refunded only in case of damage or artwork completely different from ordered one.
• There will be a 5% error from visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like lighting in LCD and CMYK print schemas
• Products claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.
• Customers can return their order within 14 days of the order delivery.
• All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact
• Refund of COD charges is not applicable .
• In case of prepaid order the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take 5-7 days.
• In case of cash on delivery orders the refunds will be credited in to JusMiro Wallet.
Please note that refunds will be processed only after we receive your order back in the original condition.
